As a sales partner, you are an independent contractor who sells our consulting services.  You will work with executive management in client organizations and with our Executive Partners during the sales process.  You earn a commission on each engagement that you sell, and that commission pays through the life of the engagement with the customer.  Our sales partners will periodically work at events and expositions representing the firm and its services.  There is a tremendous amount of schedule flexibility with this role.  We require exclusivity in the areas that we provide services.

Required:

  • 5+ years selling consulting services at the executive level
  • Proficient use of CRM tools (we’re using AgileCRM now)


Preferred:

  • Experience in 1 or more of the disciplines that we primarily work in (e.g. organizational design, decision rights, process design, systemization, tools analysis, people, and incentives)
  • Advanced education and credential a plus


Other Items of Note:

  • For sales activities, the work typically does not require any overnight travel

As a Specialist Partner in Analysis and Data Visualization, you are an independent contractor who works on client engagements enabling our consulting team and the client.  You will work with our team of consultants during a customer engagement to conduct analytics and produce reports and data viz.  Specialist Partners earn a negotiated rate based on each project or a negotiated fee for the delivery of a final product (exact terms vary by customer contract.)  There is a tremendous amount of schedule flexibility with this role.  Typically, either Alonos or our customer will retain ownership of any content created.  The Specialist Partner role is eligible for a commission on engagements sold for Alonos, and the role is also eligible for referral bonuses. 


Location Independent, but may require travel depending on engagements.


Required:

  • 5+ years performing business performance level analysis in equivalent roles such as FP&A, BI/BA, and Human Capital.
  • Proficient use and currently licensed for MS Office software
  • Proficient use and currently licensed for a data-viz tool such as Tableau, Plotly, Domo or equivalent. 
  • Proficient using excel visualization plug-in’s


Preferred:

As a Consulting Partner in process design and workforce automation, you are an independent contractor who works on client engagements as an integral part of our consulting team and the client.  You will work with our team of consultants during a customer engagement to improve business processes and to streamline workflow by recommending and implementing workforce automation solutions.  Consulting Partners earn a negotiated rate based on each project or a negotiated fee for the delivery of a final product (exact terms vary by customer contract.)  This role includes a significant amount of customer contact, often on customer premises; however, there is a tremendous amount of schedule flexibility which you control and manage.  Typically, either Alonos or our customer will retain ownership of any content created.  The Consulting Partner role is eligible for a commission on engagements sold for Alonos, and the role is also eligible for referral bonuses.

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and certifications

  • Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Lean Sigma Black Belt Certification
  • Project Management experience and certification
  • Change Management experience and certification

Location independent, but may require travel for customer engagements.


Required:

  • 5+ years performing formal instructional design.  Must be proficient in needs analysis, job analysis, learning objective development, learning hierarchies, media selection, and measurement techniques.
  • Proficient use and currently licensed for MS Office software
  • Proficient use and currently licensed for the Adobe Creative Suite


Preferred:

  • Experience in 1 or more of the disciplines that we primarily work in (e.g. organizational design, decision rights, process design, systemization, tools analysis, people, and incentives)
